Eberly College Alumni Awards Nomination Form

Nominations for Eberly College Alumni Awards are now being accepted. Self-nominations are permitted. In order for a person to be considered for 2025 recognition, the nomination form must be submitted by April 4, 2025. Please ensure the nominee meets the requirements for one of our three awards.

Eberly College Distinguished Alumni Award:
This award recognizes successful alumni, who graduated more than 20 years ago, for their professional and business lives, their civic leadership and social welfare activities, and their intellectual and cultural pursuits.

Eberly College Rising Star Award:
This award honors Eberly College alumni who graduated within the last 10 years and show great promise in their careers, including leadership, innovation and dedication.

Eberly College Outstanding Alumni Awards:
This award enables the college's departments and programs to acknowledge their alumni, who graduated 10 or more years ago, for the important contributions they are making within their profession.

NOTE: Current members of the Eberly College Visiting Committee and current Eberly College employees are ineligible for award consideration.
