Commencement Registration Form for Faculty & Staff

Faculty who plan to participate in Commencement and need to borrow academic regalia for the ceremony should submit this form no later than April 25.

Faculty who have their own regalia and plan to participate in the ceremony or faculty/staff volunteering to assist with student check-in are asked to register no later than May 3.
