This form is only for those students who were first time Freshman upon arrival at WVU and have not transferred credits from other institutions. In order to be eligible for the free back credit, you must have completed the Placement Exam (http://worldlanguages.wvu.edu/students/undergraduate-students/placement/exams) before enrolling in a language class. You must have completed the course in which you were placed (or higher) with an "A" or "B" in order to receive the back credit. If you have taken a course lower than the level in which you were placed or were a transfer student, please see Angela Henderson in 430B Hodges Hall to discuss your options. This application can take up to two weeks to be processed by the department and then it may take up to 4-6 weeks for the credits to be applied to your transcript.
